Campo Campo Tennis Club Club Rules

How we
show up.

Campo is the kind of club it is because of the people in it. These standards exist not to restrict anyone but to protect what makes this place worth belonging to.

Scheduling

Cancellations
and Credits

—

All session cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to the class start time. Cancellations made inside that window forfeit the session credit.

—

Class credits expire 30 days after the date of purchase. Credits cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

—

If you are running late, please let us know in advance. Sessions begin on time out of respect for every member on court.

Life happens. If something genuinely unexpected comes up, reach out directly and we will do our best to work with you. The policy exists for consistency, not rigidity.

Attire

Dress
and Attire

—

There is no specific color requirement but all members are expected to wear proper tennis attire to every session. This means tennis tops, tennis skirts, shorts, or athletic wear designed for the sport.

—

Graphic tees, sweatpants, jeans, or anything that would look out of place at a proper tennis club are not appropriate on the Campo courts.

—

Tennis shoes are required for all court play. Shoes must have non-marking soles. Black-soled shoes are not permitted as they damage the court surface.

The Courts

Court
Respect

—

Leave every court exactly as you found it. No trash, no equipment left behind, no exceptions. The venues we play at are made available to us because we take care of them.

—

Balls, cans, bags, and personal items should be cleared from the court at the end of every session.

—

Members who do not respect the courts or facilities are at risk of having their membership revoked. This is non-negotiable.

Conduct

Community
and Conduct

—

Campo is a kind, competitive, and respectful community. Every member — regardless of level — deserves to be treated with courtesy on and off the court.

—

Disrespect toward players, coaches, or staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes behavior during play, before sessions, and in any Campo-related communication.

—

Competitive intensity is welcome and encouraged. Poor sportsmanship is not. Win or lose, represent the club well.

—

Any conduct that compromises the experience of fellow members or the reputation of the club is grounds for membership review.

You were referred to Campo because someone believed you belonged here. We ask that you carry that with you every time you step on court.

Guests

Guests
and Referrals

—

Campo is a private club. Sessions are for members only unless a guest has been explicitly approved in advance by the Campo team.

—

If you would like to refer someone for membership, reach out directly. New members join through the referral process only.

—

As a referring member, you are in part vouching for the person you bring in. Refer people you would genuinely want to play alongside.

A Note from Campo

This is your
club too.

Every rule on this page comes from the same place: a belief that the best version of Campo is one where every member feels respected, the courts are taken care of, and the community stays worth being a part of. We hold ourselves to that standard and we ask the same of you.
